did you ever see such a sight

2 weeks ago a team from a little town just south of Nashville, the team was comprised of member of the Bridge, a wonderful Church that Abby and I went to and served at while in Nashville. It was so good seeing old friends and connecting with new ones. This was our first full scale mission trip and we are so thankful to the bridge for being so understanding of how we are all still figuring this whole hosting groups thing out.

We connected with some wonderful people in the city by serving with Social Justice groups, handing out fliers, and in general seeking out people to serve and love on. We threw a picnic for the downtown hawthorne neighborhoods on Wednesday night and saw an amazing turnout of diverse people that none of us had ever met before. The team was phenomenal they served and loved on people humbly and with a sacrificial spirit.

A special thanks needs to go out to Jeremy and Pam Robinson, Jennifer Whitley, Katie Lewis, and Randall Rearden, without these guys there is no way we could have done it. The spent 12+ hrs a day leading, serving, working, tirelessly to do what they could to make the trip a success for Mission Fargo and the Bridge. There are a lot of great pics on facebook and different Bridge members facebook pages.
